T-BONE STEAK WITH GARLIC-THYME BUTTER --------------------------------------------------------BACK TO RECIPES

3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary, basil, and thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
hot pepper sauce
2 T-bone steaks cut 1-inch thick
1. Stir together the butter, rosemary. basil, thyme, garlic, worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl
2. Shape the butter mixture into a 2-inch long roll. Place it in plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed
3. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper to season
4. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray or cooking oil and preheat grill to medium
5. Grill T-bone steaks, uncovered, turning once. Allow 11 to 14 minutes for medium-rare, and 13 to 16 minutes for medium
6. Cut steak into serving-size pieces and top each steak with some of the butter mixture
