6 ears fresh corn in the husk
Sweet cream unsalted butter, melted
Lime wedges
Salt
1. Prepare your grill and preheat for direct-heat cooking (medium-high)
2. Carefully peel back husks from corn and remove the silks
3. Using a basting brush, brush each ear with melted butter
4. Pull husks back over kernals and place on grill. Close Lid on gas grill, and if using a charcoal grill, keep uncovered
5. Cook ears, turning as needed with a pair of tongs, until hot and speckled brown, about 10-12 minutes
6. Pull back or remove husks, rub corn with lime wedges and sprinkle with salt to taste
