Q: What is the easiest way to light my charcoal grill?

A: We offer 5 easy steps for lighting your charcoal grill

1. Empty out all the old ashes from your grill and make sure the vents on your grill lid are open. Place your charcoal grate in the bottom of your grill

2. Fill a chimney starter with charcoal briquettes and place it in a safe place (right on top of your charcoal grate is a good place - away from the house)

3. Loosely stuff a couple of newspaper sheets into the chimney starter and light. When there are no longer any visible flames and the briquettes / coals are covered with ash, the coals are ready to be moved to your grill (this process will take about 25 minutes)

4. Spread the hot coals on your charcoal grill grate and place the grilling plate on your grill

5. When you are finished grilling, simply place the lid on the grill and close the vents.
