GRILLED SNOW CRAB WITH SHALLOT-LIME BUTTER-----------------------------------------------------------------BACK TO RECIPES

3 shallots, minced
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. snow crab clusters, thawed
Lime wedges
1. For shallot-lime butter, saute shallots in butter in a small saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes or until shallots are tender and butter is lightly browned
2. Remove sauted shallots from heat and stir in lime peel and pepper
3. Arrange crab clusters on grill rack (well-coated with non-stick cooking spray, or oil)
4. Grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through
5. Serve with shallot-lime butter and lime wedges
