GRILLED CLAMS PARMESAN-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------BACK TO RECIPES

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. clams
1/4 cup olive oil
1. Combine cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl
2. Arrange clams in a grill basket or on a grill rack
3. Grill over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until shells open
4. Remove from grill and place in a large shallow bowl or server platter
5. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over clams and drizzle with olive oil
6. Serve immediately
