MARINADE FOR CHICKEN--------------------------------------------------------------------------BACK TO RECIPES
6 servings (2 CUPS)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger (or fresh ginger)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1. Mix soy sauce, honey, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, ground or fresh ginger, vegetable oil, green onions, and black peppers in a medium glass bowl
2. Place your chicken in the mixture
3. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before grilling. Turn once or twice during this time
