4 peeled, diced ripe white or golden peaches (1/4 inch dice)
2 cups diced ripe cantaloupe (1/4 inch dice)
1 cup diced ripe strawberries (1/4 inch dice)
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 bottle (24 ounches) sparkling apple cider, chilled
2 tsp orange-flower water (optional)
2 cups sparkling water chilled
6 mint springs for garnish
1. The riper the fruit, the better the flavor
2. Place the fruit in a large glass pitcher
3. Pour in the grapefruit juice, sparkling cider, and orange-flower water
4. Let rest at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours for the flavors to blend
5. Before serving, pour in the sparkling water
6. Server over ice in stemware or decorate glasses. Garnish with mint
